- Complimentary waiting time of up to 15 minutes is included.
- Additional waiting time, if applicable, is billed in 30-minute increments and confirmed with the client via text messages.
- No-Show Policy: A no-call, no-show 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time will be considered a Cancellation is non-refundable.
- Fees: Airport fees, tolls, and parking charges are included and covered by MiLimoDC.
- Gratuity: Gratuity is optional and at the customer's discretion.
Reservation Deposit & Cancellation Policy
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is applied toward the total fare.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- Reservations rescheduled with advance notice may have the deposit credited toward a future booking at our discretion.
